Are you feeling well today? I truly hope you are. It is vitally important to take every precaution with the foods and beverages you consume. Do you know the ingredients that are in the foods you consume? What are the micro-nutrients such as the vitamins. I have been a consumer of the supplement vitamin C for years and I believe I have benefited tremendously. I’ve consumed other vitamins as well.  A few years ago I became aware of the benefits of anti-oxidants such as Alpha Lipoic Acid,  B vitamins and most recently herbal remedies.  Our environment is so toxic.   What’s in our soil?  From where was the food shipped or trucked?  Is the food as potent as it was when it was first pulled from the ground or tree.
